At present,most of the data monitoring system achieve data transmission by wires,and the software of monitoring center needs to run on a computer,thus cause a lot of inconvenience for the users.With the development and application of Internet of things,mobile Internet and Cloud computing technology,the demand for wireless and mobile data monitoring system has been more and more intensive.With the development of Zigbee technology,many shortcomings of the wireless data transmission has been solved,and the rapid popularization of Android intelligent equipment provides technical support for realizing a mobile monitoring center.This paper analyses the development process and existing solutions of data monitoring system with the consideration of wireless,mobile and low power consumption,a data monitoring system solution which combine Zigbee networks with Android operating system has been designed and achieved.Based on the demand and macro-scheme,this paper mainly aims to design and develop the software and hardware of the data acquisition and transmission,and the mobile monitoring software.Data acquisition and transmission side collect the data through sensor board,and set aside the corresponding interface,so that the sensor module can be customized according to the needs.Aiming at the problem of complex wiring and high cost between nodes and gateway,the Zigbee wireless network is selected to achieve the data collection transmission collection to reduce the cost and improve the system's practicability and expansibility.With the combination of WiFi and Zigbee coordinator module in the network,the gateway of the data acquisition and transmission side realize the communication function between wireless sensor network and Android intelligent equipment.The software of mobile monitoring terminal develop on the Android mobile phone.It realizes the communication between the the software and the gateway through socket.In order to improve the fluency and stability of the software,it uses multiple threads to refresh the UI interface and data transmission.Through the implantation of AChartEngine,the function of dynamic curve drawing and historical data chart generation have been achieved to realize the visualization of the data,therefore users can observe and analyze the data more conveniently.On the basis of the above work,the three core functions of the mobile monitoring terminal software have been designed and developed which include real-time data monitoring,node remote control and data charts view.Finally,the data acquisition and transmission network performance,gateway function and the function of the mobile monitoring terminal software have been tested on the basis of building the system and simulating the real use environment.The test results verify the real-time,accuracy and feasibility of the system.The problems of delay and interference have been solved in the test process,then the overall design of the system have been completed.
