In recent years,countries around the world have been accelerating the deployment of 5G commercial projects,and the era of 5G is coming.At present,the effect of 5G service is not satisfactory,and there are development bottlenecks such as lack of 5G terminals,insufficient number of base stations and unstable signals.At the same time,with the commercial use of 5G services in China and the rapid growth of the Internet of things,China is faced with a key opportunity to develop from a big country in network to a powerful country in network and become a leader in 5G services in the world.However,stable signal transmission and wide coverage are the key points for the popularization of 5G technology.As the base station is the basic project of 5G large-scale networking,the construction demand of the base station project has received high attention from all parties.Faced with the background of shortage of human resources,geometric increase of task,compressed delivery time,more stringent quality requirements and process requirements,the research on project schedule management in communication base station engineering becomes more and more urgent.YD communication base station engineering project is built by CM company in response to the new situation of explosive growth of mobile network traffic usage,increasing pressure of capacity support and unprecedented difficulty in mobile network construction.It is a key project for CM company to explore and develop from 4G to 5G.Firstly,the development of project schedule management theory is summarized,and relevant theories of CCM,TOC and CCPM are systematically expounded.Secondly to YD communication base station engineering project as an example,analyzing the CM company delay problems and reasons for previous projects,the project WBS task decomposition,using three time estimation to estimate project time limit for a project,and make the initial schedule,using the comparative method to the traditional critical path method and compares the critical chain method,found the critical chain method the advantages and effects in communication base station construction,identified by critical chain technology to replace the critical path method to optimize the project schedule management.Then,using the CCPM,under the premise of considering resource constraints,the task security time was scientifically eliminated and the project duration was reestimated.Then,the Project Buffer(PB)and Feeding Buffer(FB)are set up and the buffer is calculated by root variance method,so as to realize the progress control and management of YD communication base station project.YD communication base station of the project research shows that the CCPM facing the project's resource constraints to optimize the resource configuration,in the face of the defects existing in the traditional critical path method schedule management can also means to overcome by setting the buffer,and are able to timely and accurately monitor the project schedule and adjust the implementation plan,to shorten the YD communication base station of the project time limit for a project has a good effect.
