At present,it is difficult to guarantee the progress of R&D project about the construction software of C-Institute.However,the efficient and scientific method of schedule management can effectively control the progress of the project.Besides,the method of project schedule management based on Critical Chain Project Management(CCPM)is a major breakthrough in this filed.And some conclusions of constraint theory,aggregation theory and organizational behavior are applied to project schedule management.As for project of schedule management based on CCPM,the crucial condition for successful implementation is to manage and set up its buffer effectively.This paper takes the R&D project about 3D software of C-Institute as the research object.The application of CCPM is mainly based on two major characteristics including the many uncertain disturbance factors which the project faces and the competing of the core shared resources.In addition,it also takes general problems about progress management of software development project into consideration.Specifically,this paper firstly summarizes the theories related to software project schedule management(further research on the buffer management in CCPM)and the research status at home and abroad.It analyzes the problems existing in the R&D 3D software project about the progress management of C-Institute as well as the influences and methods of progress management.Secondly,it establishes the modified model of CCPM according to the characteristics of the project.It adopts the strategy of multi-level feedback queue to resolve the problem of using core resources.In terms of project schedule plan phase,it identifies uncertain factors existing in the project and constructs the indicator system of uncertainty for the project.And then it introduces the project buffer by fuzzy theory and entropy weight method.Moreover,as for project progress monitoring phase,it uses dynamic buffer monitoring model based on gray forecast so that the project can be controlled and adjusted immediately.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the model are verified by examples and simulations.The novel points of this paper mainly include the followings: The adoption of fuzzy number and entropy weight method when faced with some uncertain disturbed factors in the progress planning phase;dynamic buffer monitoring model based on gray forecast;the proposition of the strategy based on the multi-level feedback queue to resolve the core shared resource in the schedule buffer management for CCPM.The buffer management model based on CCPM studied in this paper aims to manage the progress of building 3D software R&D projects,which further enhances the controllability of such projects,ensures the project progress and improves the project execution efficiency.At the same time,it provides helpful insights and references for the similar researches on progress management.
