With the rapid development of economy,and the continuous popularization of broadband network,the power lines,telephone lines,cable TV lines and other "three lines" are showing a spider-like clutter phenomenon in more than 300 villages of Y city.The chaotic situation brings great security risks and great obstacles of the upgrading of network.As one of the city's urban broadband network operators,Z company actively respond to the government to solve the city village security risks related to the work requirements,and fully cooperate with the government to promote the city village three line renovation network reconstruction work.This paper takes the H village network transformation as an example,and uses the method of schedule management to study the project progress management of network renovation project.The project schedule management of network construction and network reconstruction in Z company is relatively extensive in the past.With the increasing cost of labor,the social environment of the ever-changing,the original project schedule management of the drawbacks are constantly being exposed.The consequences of the randomness of project management and control are the rise in labor costs,the decline in construction quality,and some negative social impacts.In order to strengthen the network transformation progress control,improve the efficiency of the company's network transformation,enhance economic efficiency,and get more social support,the network transformation project team carried out the research on the progress management of the network renovation project of each case of H village.In this paper,the original pipeline operation model,critical path method and critical chain technology are using to analyze the network transformation in the H village.After analyzing the basic situation of the existing network transformation and the result of the pipeline schedule,the Delphi method was used to find out the reason of the poor management of the pipeline schedule.Then,the new schedule model was established through the planning review technique.Finally,the critical chain project management technology and elastic coefficient method are used to analyze the key path,and the critical chain,plan model and total duration of the network transformation project are determined.On the basis of the critical chain technology,the use of buffer management to achieve project progress management and control.According to the result of the case analysis,the critical chain technology achieves the best effect on the progress management of the network transformation project.In conclusion,the use of critical chain technology and buffer management,schedule management can effectively use resources rationally,case analysis results of other villages in the three line regulation network transformation to carry out a comprehensive and similar network transformation projects have a very good reference and reference value.
