Risk Analysis Of Automobile Mold Manufacturing Project In J Company's Mould Workshop

Throughout the world,whether foreign or domestic enterprises with the machinery manufacturing industry in the first place.For machinery manufacturing,to complete the manufacturing task without the guidance of technology,process technology in throughout the entire manufacturing process.For some large products,a lot of tooling is required for completion,such as the single mold in automobile tooling,which is worth nearly 20 million yuan.The total number of tooling for a certain fighter aircraft in China is more than 20,000 yuan,and the number of tooling in md-82 aircraft production is more than 130,000 yuan.Many enterprises manage the tooling as a separate manufacturing project,or make it by themselves or outsource it.Tooling project management is proper,can promote the rapid development of the whole machinery manufacturing.Tooling project is a project with high technical value,which has high requirements on technical personnel,mechanical equipment,management mode and market demand.Generally,there are three phases: start-up phase,implementation phase and closure phase.Each time due to the different environment,different needs,goals,there is the risk of a variety of conditions,equipment investment project itself is larger at the same time,cycle is long,the time before the product manufacturing project,delivery time is very tight,every period have a lot of work to do,each work has different risk,compared to other manufacturing project,a greater risk of tooling projects.Therefore,the risk study of tooling project is particularly important.Starting from the actual project of lingtong company,this paper introduces the whole project risk management process and provides some references to the tooling enterprise.209 tooling is a tooling project outsourced by lingtong company.The duration of the project is 10 months,from February 2017 to December 2017.The contract amount is 4.6 million.This paper is divided into five parts and introduces the whole process of risk management.In the introduction,this paper briefly expounds the importance and necessity of tooling project,and introduces the background and writing ideas of this paper.Secondly,in order to establish the research on the basis of theory,I read the literature on project management and risk management,and sorted out the research status at home and abroad.Then,the lingtong and 209 tooling projects are introduced in detail.Then the 209 tooling project from the project planning,identification,response,monitoring and other comprehensive risk management analysis,in the risk analysis mainly explained the methods and results of each stage,formed some guiding forms.The last of the whole paper is summarized and prospected.
