In the casting industry,tooling molds often have problems such as large space occupation and random stacking,which bring many difficulties to management.This article takes the tooling and die warehouse of a casting company in Qingdao as an object,uses three-dimensional shelves and RFID technology to manage the tooling and die.Based on this,it develops a tooling and die management information system to realize the digitalization and intelligentization of tooling and die management.Solve the problems faced by mold management in casting production enterprises.This thesis analyzes the existing problems and difficulties in the tooling mold warehouse of the current casting production enterprise,decomposes and evaluates its operation process in detail,and proposes improvement and optimization plans.According to the actual situation of the enterprise and the combination of existing software and hardware,a tooling management information system solution based on three-dimensional racks and RFID technology was presented.Based on this,the overall design,functional module design and database design of the system are carried out.Using C/S architecture,C#as the object-oriented programming language,Visual Studio as the development platform,and Oracle as the back-end database,the tooling mold management information system was developed and implemented.The system and related technologies developed in this article have been implemented in enterprises and achieved good results,which have improved the management level and efficiency of tooling mold management,and also provide a worthy solution for foundry tooling mold management.
