As a kind of a new management model, business marketing idea and cutting-edge information technology product, customer management is the combined product of information technology and business management. Not only has it drawn attention of the management of the banking sector for a long time but it is also the study object of our technology staff. Customer Management is the unified portal for a client manager and other credit personnel to carry out the customer credit information entry, maintenance, and query. The dynamic and static information gathered by the customers in the credit business activities related to all types of customer is under the unified management of the Bank. The unified customer information database and view are formed, which provides the most basic information support for the bank's credit business.Based on detailed introduction to the bank customer management system, this paper offers a detailed description to the current bank development status and the whole system design and implementation. The realization of the software design of customer information management and customer relationship management is achieved after the abstraction of common nature of customer business management. It not only enhances the system scalability and maintainability greatly, but also meets all kinds of different needs of logic processing to the background function associated with the the customer management business from the front counter display business for the commercial banks.In order to analyze the prospects for the project and necessarity, a general qualitative analysis and statistical analysis of a large number of the current are combined in this paper. Further, the paper carries on layer by layer in term of the most complex customer managementand technical and the most critical technology assessment. It performes a comprehensive discussion of the technical feasibility of the project in a way of comparative analysis. The text combines effective assessment methods for the the vast complex of various customer management system vividly with a large number of charts. It arrives at a coherent conclusion, analyzes the key technology and gives the relevant source code combined with details of the prototype interface introduction.
