The theme of this paper comes from the actual project of the enterprise.With the development of the construction of enterprise information management system,the original ERP system has been unable to meet the business needs of the enterprise.According to the requirements of the human resources department and the information management department of the enterprise,this paper comprehensively analyzed and designed and implemented the human resources management system of the enterprise,based on the current implementation of the human module of ERP system at the current domestic and international research and combined by the specific content and characteristics of the actual management of the enterprise,and the problems that system exposed and the operation of the original ERP system.According to the actual needs of enterprise management,this paper analyzed the process of business management,the analysis of functional requirements,the module analysis of human resources management and the design of database seriously,and in this paper,the system function is realized,and the testing of the system modules is finished.The specific functional modules of this paper include: Core personnel management,salary management and comprehensive query.And core personnel management includes organization management,employee management,labor contract management,entry index management,batch import management and report management.Salary management includes salary authority setting,salary basic setting and salary payment management.The module of comprehensive query includes the system query and data statistical analysis of personnel and salary module data.In this paper,the business process of human resource management system is rearranged,and the original form interface based on ERP system is abandoned and a full set of Web interfaces are developed which are based on HTML / HTML5 / Vue.js / CSS3 in order to compatible with mainstream browsers.Based on the Oracle core database of the original ERP system,the functions of the human resource management system were redesigned according to the actual business,and the algorithm logic in the ERP application was gradually stripped out independently,which providing a basis for getting rid of Oracle of the enterprise management system.The establishment of data warehouse realized the statistical analysis of personnel and salary data.The specific functional modules completed in this paper include core personnel management module,salary module and comprehensive query module.At present,each module of the human resources management system has gradually completed the on-line work and put into normal operation.The management of human resources is more standardized and business processes are clearer.It greatly simplifies user operations,reduces the cost of system learning,and improves work efficiency.The work in this paper provides support for the next step in the development and system construction of full-function modules of the ERP system of the enterprise.
