With the global emphasis on knowledge and talents, business awareness of the importance of human resource management began to slowly deepening talent competition so that enterprises are facing an unprecedented human resource management challenges. Under the new situation, human resources management systems became an integral part of business units is to suit modern enterprise system, promote human resources management walk into scientific, standardized a necessary condition; is dealing with challenges to adapt to environmental change, and improving management efficiency, enhance the core competitiveness of key measures. Human resources as an important strategic resource company, began to be corporate executives into the company's strategic planning, business is not just superficial on the management of human management and not just for other departments to provide routine services, but will be treated as a value-added human resources development and management depth. Current requirements of human resources rising, the increased professionalization of human resources, so managers all highly desirable, a new approach to solve these problems, hope the human resource management system with the characteristics of business intelligence, operational activities by analysis of judgments and the information integration, improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Information technology and human resources combined with the use of human resources management information system to improve management efficiency, while using data mining techniques tapping human resources management information in the treasure, after all, a good way.In this thesis, data mining and Java technology, design and implement a set of information, networking and data set as one of the human resources system. The system in the Eclipse development platform, based on Struts and Hibernate frameworks, combined with data mining techniques in the decision tree algorithm, developed using Java and JSP. Aimed at improving human resources information before the data accuracy and timeliness of bad and I hope by the power of data mining to realize the history and analysis of existing data processing, reveal and resolve human resource management problems and the analysis completed forecast the future situation, to achieve the desired decision support analysis capabilities, improve human resource management.
