The thesis follows the software system development department technical specifications, establishing the underlying structure of the system based on J2 EE architecture, gathering basic data of group company, departments, employees, salary of employees and includes the budget for financial department. By combining business data, then build a database model,therefore data can be informationized and systemized. Encipher sensitive data for processing. Based on it, implements company management, department management, employee management, attendance management, salary management,budgeting, self-service management functions. In addition, automated process management, data analysis report and other functions, provides strategic analysis to enterprise micro to macro level. System can provide Web access and Android-based mobile phone platform. The system also comply with the most popular agile development process, the unit testing and system deployment centralized platform are both on Jenkins which can implement automated testing and system release process, it will greatly improve the efficiency of the system development iterations.Currently, the system has been applied to our human resources department, not only provides a human resource system for the company, but also significantly reduce the workload of the HR department, and improve the productivity of human resources department and the financial department, to make company with long-term growth.
