In the popularity of information technology today,the scale of higher education in china has been expanded and the daily business processes also have been complicated,therefore information management work has penetrated into every aspect of daily work of colleges and universities.At present our universities are actively promoting the construction of "campus information", while the key of construction lies in whether the informational data and some kinds of campus resources can be processed in accurate and efficient way. The human resource management as the represent of the "informatization" office system,has become the focus of the construction. In order to ensure the smooth development of personnel work,The personnel department starves for a scientific,efficient human resources management system. Human Resource Management System will set up a huge database of talent for universities as well as provide convenience for systematization and standardization of the universities,This thesis is aim to design the human resources management system for Anhui Higher vocational colleges.The project adopts software engineering methodology to design the whole system.First of all, system will set up business modeling, database modeling, system architecture design. Second, system’s interface and security should be analysised.Last, Human Resource Management System adopts JSP programming and MS SQL Server2008database development technologies,which combined with improved MVC design pattern in order to ensure the high efficiency and high safety for the system. The system contains basic personnel information of school teaching and administrative staff, personnel transfers, contract information,performance appraisal, salary information,personnel attendance information,system settings and other relevant data. The system achieves the object,that is" paperless, automated and sharing ".
