With the development of the society and technology, human resource has become the a key factor of the modern enterprise. The human resources information system aims to collect and collate information efficiently, and to avoid the decentralization of information storage. It can help policy-makers to control the real-time status of human resources at all levels, then, improves the efficiency of management of enterprises, to promote the development of internationalization, standardization, scientific, information.In this paper, to the electric power enterprise China Power human resources information management system actual development as the research background, first of all, through the actual investigation of China power enterprise, combining the development course and the present situation of human resources management system, of enterprise human resource management, operational processes were design and modeling. Secondly, the demand of the system were fully analysis, complete the main function modules of the detailed design, the system is divided into:salary management, recruitment management, training management, staff management, attendance management, department management, system management seven departments. Net platform development, uses the popular B/S architecture and database technology, completed the China Power human resource management information system. Then, full test system is implemented, module testing and integrated testing system for detailed. During the test followed the principle of software engineering, try white box and black box testing method, finding the bug resolved immediately after, until the system is correct and stable operation, in full compliance with the design requirements of China power.Through a comprehensive investigation and analysis, detailed analysis and design, software testing, programming, complete. The development results prove that the human resource management system of China power complete function, stable operation, in full compliance with the daily business needs of human resources, to achieve the original design goal of China Power Company.
