At present, the world has entered an era of knowledge managing. Enterprise information which makes dramatic increase in the decision-making process is becoming more and more complex. Business Intelligence technology provides a new choice to many enterprises. More and more managers start using Business Intelligence technology firms to find a solution. At present however, it is a period of transition from the starting to the developing step that the researching of business intelligence is during. Its theoretical research and application software development in business have become a hot issue widely all over the world.This dissertation sets out from Business Intelligence in the first instance to carry out discussion regarding its technical make-up and relevant features, which includes Data Warehouse, OLAP system and Data Mining Business Intelligence through data collection, management, analysis and conversion of data into usable information. Thus the necessary insight and comprehension is well acquired, in order to take decision-making and guide action in a better way. Business Intelligence mainly focused on three areas: the means of extraction, analysis and exploration. Secondarily, based on business intelligence technology, analysis of the HR integrated business intelligence and the need for feasibility and identified in the system integration BI on the question. In human resources management system is the introduction about BPM of the ways of KPI, which provides the HR environment of BI solutions, and suggests the method for actual plan implementation.The article design BPM is based on a Testing Center, the demand SQL Server 2005 for the development of tools, based on B/S structure of the management system. The design, the article discussed in detail the establishment of the data warehouse, data acquisition, OLAP analysis and display of front-end statements inquiries design process, Simple introduced platform on the other modules function and design, but also to the application environment and the implementation of the briefing. Finally, the paper comes to a conclusion of the design of the system and the commercial development of intelligent technology is also looked forward.
