The essence of enterprise competition is talent competition.The core of human resource management is salary management.Only by using scientific methods to optimize the salary system,can we mobilize the enthusiasm of workers with the times.It can be said that scientific salary system design is one of the key factors to determine the success or failure of modern enterprise management.Based on the analysis of the existing,rough and broadband salary system in the R&D Department of HT software company,this paper finds that the low satisfaction and lack of labor enthusiasm of the employees in the department are the main reasons for the turnover of the employees.In order to improve the situation,this paper does the following research:Firstly,the salary satisfaction of employees in R&D Department of HT software company is investigated from six dimensions: salary system,salary level,salary promotion,salary structure,salary benefits and salary guarantee.Secondly,as per the research results,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the salary system of HT R&D department at this stage: the salary system is not detailed enough,the salary level depends on the salary negotiation,the salary structure is not reasonable,and the welfare policy is relatively backward.Thirdly,the post analysis and evaluation of HT R&D department,the market research of IT industry salary in Hangzhou,and the characteristics of the employees in the R&D department are analyzed.Finally,the specific scheme of optimized salary system design is put forward.This scheme scientifically refines the classification and floating coefficient of post salary,formulates different performance salary schemes for employees with different performance points ranking according to the "271" partition,puts forward equity incentive schemes for core employees,and supplements a series of welfare supplementary schemes that meet the actual needs of employees.Finally,in order to ensure that the optimization of the compensation system can be carried out smoothly,this paper puts forward reasonable suggestions around the three aspects of organizational security,institutional security and cultural security.
