Company salary structure is important content of company motivation mechanism. In the condition of market economy, as the labor's reward, salary is the primary power of employee's career. The distribution's rationale impacts the company's economy profit and market competitiveness. In the 90's of last century, radio and television of domestic large and middle cities has been on the road of media industry under the operation model of enterprise. But due to the limitation of the institution's properties, the founding of various regions'television station's salary structure has been far behind of its development. It is a whole new and meaningful subject for the radio and television station of various regions to build a complete and productive salary structure.This article is taking the salary structure of Zhuzhou news and general channel as the target. I want to research and design a whole new salary structure which is suitable to this channel's strategic target and its current situation. With the reference of salary management and practical experience among domestic excellent TV media, I study current salary structure of the Zhuzhou news and general channel by applying the theory of different companies from home and abroad. Integrating with this channel's development strategy and real situation, this article comes out an idea of a whole new salary structure from some detail work, such as evaluating the position value, rebuilding the performance review system etc., I put forward a whole set of complete reform program, which has effectively instructed the Zhuzhou news and general channel to design and a whole new salary structure's construction. Through the reforming, this channel has completely motivated the employees'positive and initiative, and efficiently enhanced the team cohesion.The salary structure of this article has completely represented the needs of the company's sustainable development strategy. It has considered not only the completeness of salary structure, but also the features of performance assessment in various positions of TV media. Thus, the article discovered a new way to the set up of the benefit structure of domestic city TV media which possesses a value of reference and promotion. The article puts forward a concept of"trial period"and the method of raising the overall salary level, which makes the benefit reforming fairer, more operational and being recognized by more people.
