The salary management is a very important part of human resource management system,but at the same time,it is also one of the difficulties of human resource management,is the focus of modern management theory.With the rapid development of social economy and the progress of scientific management,enterprises pay more attention to the salary management philosophy,and scientific and reasonable salary management system,work enthusiasm of employees plays an important incentive role,to improve the enterprise human resources management,performance appraisal and even business will have a long-term impact.Based on the local media as a case,is divided into three chapters.The first chapter mainly summarizes the related theories and salary management Technology.The basic concepts of compensation management,the domestic and foreign related research theories and methods of analysis,to carry out the preparatory work for the research of the theory and technology of compensation management.Second,the three chapter is the core part.The second chapter is the system analysis of the present management situation of the local media,found that the compensation management problems.The third chapter on the above-mentioned problems,put forward suggestions of salary management,put forward new ideas for the local media management.
