At present,the competition of enterprises is,in the final analysis,the competition for talents.Nowadays,with the deepening of the new economy,human resource management is particularly important in enterprise management,and salary incentive is the most important of the six modules of enterprise human resource management.To design a practical and effective salary incentive mechanism,to stimulate the enthusiasm and subjective initiative of employees,and to attract and retain talents in all aspects required by the development of enterprises,is the most important link in the strategic management of human resources of enterprises,and also the key point to achieve the long-term development goals of enterprises.Taking ZTE as the research object,based on extensive theoretical research and questionnaire survey,this paper redesigns ZTE's salary incentive mechanism,which effectively solves the problems of insufficient long-term incentive,inverted salary of new and old employees,serious equalitarianism,and opaque salary incentive evaluation.Combined with the relevant incentive theory,this paper creatively puts forward some salary incentive models,such as performance sharing plan,evaluation and supervision mechanism,to make up for the shortcomings of ZTE's current salary incentive mechanism.This paper not only has a certain practical significance to solve the problem of ZTE's salary incentive,but also can provide reference for other high-tech enterprises.
