With the continuous development of economy in China, the original wage distribution system in public institutions has been unable to meet the demand of market economy, but it is not a complete theory system supporting performance salary of public institutions formulate research. promote with the reform of the wage system of institutions in China,Transmitting station T, according to the actual situation of the unit, are actively exploring the way of performance salary reform. With this background, The transmitting station as an example, the study and formulation of public institution performance pay implementation salary is of theoretical value and practical significance.This paper aims at Transmitting station T performance appraisal system, and on this basis to formulate the implementation scheme of the performance salary.
