| Labor Wage Management Department of Shengli Oil Field, an important department which in charge of labor and wage management of the whole organization. As the reform of state-owned enterprises going at a closer range,"Post-Performance based Salary"was introduced to Shengli Oil Field in 2003. This new management system has brought great improvement to the wage management system. However, it also makes contradictions with the original management procedure as well as management software. To solve this problem and push forward the labor wage management reform, we decided to develop a new"Post-Performance based Salary"management system. It combined C/S and B/S modes. As far as system development is concerned, multipoint development, centralized management is used to satisfy the need of both centralized data requirement of Labor wage Department, and personalized business procedure of its clients. For the popularization of the system, gradually popularizing unit by unit is used to make sure users give feedback in time."Post-Performance based Salary"labor wage management system fully synthesizes data information of separate units in Shengli Oil Field, making computerized and internet labor wage business management and application come to realize, centralized information resource sharing is achieved, as well as more easily information acquisition for decision making.
