With the further development of China’s reform and opening, media culture gradually develops from a purely business-type unity to the utilities combined to public and industrial development of integrated unties. Salary incentives play an important role in improving the competiveness of the units of the organization. Research on how to establish a scientific and reasonable salary incentive and give full scope to salary incentive, and to attract and retain talent, creating an efficient, stable team is very important. So the research on the salary incentive is one of the media cultures of the human resources management unit of the hot issues.The television of L province currently remains in human resource management in terms of how to form an effective salary incentive mechanism that still in the exploring research stage. In this thesis, the knowledge of human resource management and incentive theory with practice to research the television of L province’s the situation of staff incentive, identify problems and analyze. Based on the experience of domestic and international television media incentives, combined with practical suggestions to further improve the proposed L provincial television knowledge staff incentive will help to further promote the construction of better L provincial television personnel, to promote the development of L provincial television.This thesis firstly studies the relevant theories and methods regarding to salary incentive, especially for knowledge-based staff compensation incentive theory of the sort discussed. Then it introduces the status L provincial television salary, analyzes the workers’ basic structure and characteristics, and points out that the problems in the implementation of incentive schemes are in compensation currently.Then this thesis introduces the basic structure and characteristics, pointed out the problems and causes in incentive compensation program implementation currently. At last, this thesis proposes the program for L provincial television salary incentive based on the mature experience of foreign and domestic performance appraisal and salary incentives. The whole improvement program consists of two parts:The first part is the scientific exploration of the performance appraisal system, based on job classification proposed assessment, performance targets at different levels, to set performance coefficient method, in order to ensure a fair part of the introduction of the complaint. It will enable the staff to assess the results clearly. There is a discussion of the channel that will promote the enthusiasm of employees.In the second part, which offers an overview of "the six-step of the compensation" based on performance appraisal to establish compensation system and improve salary structure, and then to introduce the flexible salary system performance and welfare incentives.With the increasing part of the track of increased incentive compensation, the salary incentive will be coherence and self-improvement.
