It is well known that the further development of a company needs the efforts of employees so it is mandatory for the company's administrators to attach great emphasis to human resources.Although salary is not the only way to motivate the employee,salary can greatly affect the employees in their quality,work sills,work activity and their loyalty to the company.By now,salary management has become the most important core of HR management system.Press A is a large-scale and comprehensive publishing house.In recent years,book publishing has been experiencing a rapid development in China.However,online reading has become more and more popular and e-business books greatly affect the publishing industry,the competition between different presses has got more and more severe.Under this situation,after-sales service especially logistics service is getting more and more important.From different angles,this paper analyzes the current salary system being used by Press A,as well as its implementation status.By the method “question-oriented” and by learning ideology on designing salary management system,this paper studies the way how to perfect salary systems by Logistics Department.This paper has six chapters--Chapter 1 is the introduction;Chapter 2 introduces the theories about salary management system;in Chapter 3,by focusing on the current status of HR management in Press A Logistics Department,the problems suffered by the salary system in Logistics Department are analyzed by field survey and questionnaire;in Chapter 4,according to the problems mentioned in the first three chapters,new salary system is designed for Press A Logistics Department;in Chapter 5,measures to ensure the implementation of proposals for designing new salary system are come up with;in Chapter 6,it is the conclusion,defects of the study mentioned in this paper are introduced,as well as the modifications and study directions in the future.In this paper,by introducing the concept “total compensation”,the salary system used by Press A Logistics Dept.is perfected,trying to get the salary structure more rational.Besides,the internal fairness is well solved and the welfare is perfected;then the study on perfecting salary system of Logistics Department can be optimized,which will push forward the further development of a company.
