| Sichuan Central Radio and television(SCCRT)wireless digital coverage project,as a service-oriented project to accelerate the equalization of information resources,has limited funds allocated by the central government.How to effectively manage the cost is the key to the success of the project.Therefore,in the whole process of project construction,it is necessary to improve the level of project management,to strengthen the cost control and efficiency improvement of project construction and then improve the management methods by summing up the experience and lessons to the result of exploring the advanced methods of cost management and realizing the high standard of construction projects and the maximization of enterprise profits.On the basis of previous studies,this paper studies the application of earned value method in cost management of the project,drawing on relevant theories and combining the characteristics of wireless digital coverage project.Taking SCCRT wireless digital coverage project as an example,This paper introduces the use of earned value method to analyze the cost management of the project in first stages,focusing on the calculation of three parameters and four indicators,and finds out the reasons for the delay of cost overrun.Finally,this paper puts forward the guarantee measures to manage the project cost and schedule respectively,and compares the data before and after cost management,and finds that the cost and schedule are greatly improved after cost management.The main contents of this paper include:(1)Through the research and analysis of SCCRT project cost control process based on EVM principle in the implementation,this paper expounds the calculation method of EVM parameter in the implementation process of SCCRT project in the frist stage,and analyzes the difference of project cost through EVM parameter,and understands the difference between the planned cost and the actual cost of the project,and analyzes the cost overrun and progress of the project.Finally,the cost analysis report of the project is obtained.(2)This paper analyzes and summarizes the SCCRT project which adopts EVM principle for cost management.We find out the solutions to the deviation between cost and schedule,and improve it from two dimensions of cost and schedule respectively.Based on the application of earned value method in SCCRT wireless digital coverage project,a systematic improvement measure is proposed.(3)On this basis,by comparing the current situation of cost management in first and second stages,this paper studies the improvement effect of earned value method after cost management.According to the theory and case,the paper finally summarizes this paper and puts forward the prospect of similar construction project cost management.This paper makes some exploratory research on the application of earned value method in reality,studies and solves the project cost management problem of SCCRT,and provides reference for other project managers and enterprises. |
