Project management was born in Late World War II which is a strong management methods, originated in the United States, after70years of development, the theoretical research and application of project management have been greatly expanded. Project management does innovation for traditional management model, has made outstanding contributions to the richness of the management practices. Even today, foreign project management has been well developed and widely used among all types of businesses. But domestic application of research in project management is still in the junior level, it’s key research areas are engineering project and software development project, project management applied research to other industries involves less. In terms of project management, the Company of ZJ is almost in a blank state, which makes challenging the application of project management in the enterprise. The company must do research to establish the Project Management Body of Knowledge for the company’s own development, meanwhile it is important to continuously improve the ability to respond timely adjustment of the enterprises in the development and changes.This paper describes the basic theory, status and problems of project management in the enterprise application, then with ZJ’expense management project management application practice, for example, describes the management practice in ZJ expense management project management’ plan, run and results, followed by in-depth analysis of the problems for ZJ expense management project management application, and finally resolves the contradictions of the project temporary and long-term business operations, from a focus on the cultural construction of enterprise project to build a good channel between corporate strategy and specific projects, six aspects countermeasures and suggestions put forward to improve the ZJ company project management application level.
