Oriented Project Management, System Design And Development Of Smes

Project management is a main measurement to-manage altering in enterprising dealing and strategy as an advanced management technology in modern society.Firstly, the present problem and actual requirement of project management for middle-small manufacturing enterprise are analyzed. Secondly, the design purpose and principle are given. On the basis of these, a project management structure system and functional module are designed, and logical structure and data table for database are presented. Meanwhile, two key technologies which are adopted in realization for project management system (PMS) are researched including hybrid model of C/S and B/S and application of earned value management in developing project management based on recursive query. Based on these, functional modules of project management are designed and realized which include system management, project establishment, workgroup management, schedule management, template management, integrated query, information mechanism, risk management, cost management, log management and so on..For the moment, this project management system (PMS) has been applied in some companies. It not only reduces time of project development and its cost, but also improves the quality of projects and increase management efficiency, and heightens the enterprise's competition.
