Design And Implement Of Project Expense Control Management Information System

With the rapid development of information technology and the incessant deepening of project management information construction, it will be necessary trendy to use computer to implement project management into the whole process. In market economy, project expense control is very critical both in project control and in the whole project management even in the whole business management. The success of a corporation embodies in project economical benefit, and project economical benefit embodies in the maximum of payoff and minimum of cost.In this thesis, we conduct an useful investigation into the feasibility of applying the .NET technology into project expense control management information system. After the analysis of the characteristic and advantage of .NET technology, based on the practical situation of minor enterprises, we adopt B/S-based three-layered architecture, Microsoft .NET technology and SQL Server technology to develop and implement of this system.This thesis is based on the development of our enterprise's project expense control management information system. The system is to implement expense query, budget and expense control of all kinds of controllable projects with scientific research task as representative. This thesis is with a view to the design and implement of project expense control management information system, aims at the conditions such as management confusion, much error and lost items, slow decision-making information response etc. We introduce the project expense controlmanagement information system's development background, development significance, system requirement analysis, system design scheme and concrete implement of some important modules.The testing results and tryout running of this system show that the system runs in good condition, realizes the anticipated functions. In the end of this paper, we totally summarized the development and application of the project control system, and point out some problems existed in the project development process and what we should do next.
