Research On The Status Quo Of Construction Ofcounty Public Librariesin Zhumadian City,Henan Province

County-level public library as a basic public library is an important part of public cultural service system,In the context of the government's efforts to promote the construction of a public cultural service system,County libraries have achieved greater development,However,there are still many problems associate with development.This study takes the opportunity of the sixth national public library assessment in progress in 2017,Conduct field surveys of county-level libraries in Zhumadian City,Finding out the problems that have long constrained the development of county-level libraries.According to the idea of accurate poverty alleviation,it puts forward the development strategy,It is of great significance to the construction and development of county-level public libraries and better cultural services for local residents.Research content is divided into seven parts.The first chapter is an introduction,mainly expounding the research background and significance of this article,the research review of similar literature,research methods and innovation.The second chapter explains the county-level public libraries and related concepts.The third chapter shows the construction status of Zhumadian county-level library from the three main aspects of service efficiency,service construction and security conditions.The fourth chapter compares the status quo of Zhumadian county-level public library construction with the county-level library evaluation criteria of the sixth and previous years.The fifth chapter analyzes the development experience and problems of county-level public libraries in Zhumadian.The sixth chapter proposes corresponding solutions to the problems existing in Zhumadian county-level public libraries.Chapter VII concludes the chapter,sums up the research work of the paper,puts forward the insufficiency and the outlook.
