Research On The Status Quo Of Construction Of County Public Librariesin Luoyang City,Henan Province

County-level library is the foundation of public library system in our country,and it is an important institution to serve the information of townsman.In recent years,driven by the construction of national public culture system,county-level public libraries have made great progress,but there are still many problems to be solved in the development process.This paper takes the county-level library in luoyang city of henan province as the research object,investigates and studies the problems encountered in the development of county-level library in this region,and then puts forward targeted measures to solve the problems and provide benefits for the sustainable development of county-level library in this region.This paper is divided into seven chapters: introduction,concept interpretation,current situation investigation,comparative analysis,conclusion of comparative results,proposed solutions and conclusion.The first chapter elaborates the background,The significance and current status of the relevant research results in this paper,and on this basis,determine the feasibility of this topic,clarifies the research content,research method and innovation,Chapter two explains the concepts,including county-level public libraries,public library evaluation,and targeted poverty alleviation,etc.,to form the theoretical basis for the paper's continuous research.The third chapter is the current situation investigation.According to the sixth county level library evaluation standard in China,the construction of county level library in luoyang city is investigated from the aspects of guarantee conditions,service efficiency and service construction.The fourth chapter compares the survey results with the evaluation standards and previous evaluation results of county-level libraries.In chapter 5,on the basis of the results of the survey,summarize the results,find the existing problems,Chapter six puts forward the corresponding solutions to the existing problems.Chapter 7 summarizes the research work of this paper.
