increasingly obvious trend of consumerism.In 2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress that we should strengthen cultural self-confidence and promote the prosperity and prosperity of socialist culture.He pointed out that the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics originated from the excellent traditional Chinese culture bred by the Chinese nation's more than 5000 years of civilization history,melted into the revolutionary culture and advanced socialist culture created by the Party leading the people in revolution,construction and reform,and rooted in the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Cultural variety shows returned to the public vision,they take the excellent traditional spiritual culture of the Chinese nation as the main content,rely on the humanistic emotion permeated behind the culture,get rid of the shallow sensory entertainment,and directly attack the audience's inner demands.They are like a clear stream in the impetuous reality show market,so that the audience can get emotional nourishment and cultural infiltration.Cultural variety shows make the excellent traditional Chinese culture effectively inherited,which is of great significance for the improvement of popular culture and the construction of a good social atmosphere.In the past,cultural programs often gave people the impression that they were professional and knowledgeable,and were branded as elite culture,so the ratings have been low.In the past two years,in the cultural ecological environment of media diversification andcontent pan-entertainment,cultural variety shows such as Chinese Poetry Congress,The Reader and National Treasure have received such strong attention and praise,which is closely related to the ritualized elements of the programs and the ritualized communication of the television media.By creating a space with common experience,expectations and behavior,rituals establish a community.Therefore,this paper takes the popular cultural variety show in recent years as the main research object,takes James Carrey's ritual view of communication theory,and Durkheim,Turner,Collins and other people's sociological ritual theory as the main theoretical basis,uses literature research,case studies and other methods to study the cultural variety show from the perspective of ritual view.Through the analysis of this kind of program in the new era context how to create ceremony space,create ceremony link,so as to construct the meaning and value of ceremony,realize the exchange and sharing of cultural feelings,will have a certain guiding significance for the creation and development of related TV programs in the future.This article will be divided into five chapters on the construction of cultural variety show ceremony to study.The first chapter discusses the concept of ritual and its characteristics.As early as in ancient times,ritual has entered human life,academic research on ritual has gone through several stages,and with the development and evolution of society,constantly expanding the research field of ritual.It is very inclusive.Then combed the concept of cultural variety shows and the development process.Since 2017,cultural variety shows have entered a period of rapid development,therefore,it is of great significance to study it.Finally,this paper explores the relationship between the cultural variety show and the ceremony.Under the relevant theories of scholars on ritual communication,it is concluded that the media itself is a ceremony of cultural sharing,and cultural variety shows have become an important force in the ceremony of television media.The second chapter analyzes the significance and value of cultural variety shows from a macro perspective.Firstly,the significance of ritual communication of cultural variety shows isanalyzed.The interaction between the two sides breaks the traditional concept that the audience has been in a passive position in the communication activities,and makes people realize that they also play an important role as the main body.On this basis,this paper explores how cultural variety shows construct the social and cultural significance of ceremonies.From the social level,cultural variety shows can promote the establishment of common beliefs,reshape the collective memory of the nation in the contemporary narrative context,and realize the sustainable development of society by promoting mainstream values.From the cultural level,cultural variety shows construct the national cultural memory,awaken the real culture and emotion of the audience,and enhance the cultural self-confidence and cultural identity of the public.The third chapter discusses the ritual construction of the cultural variety show from the structure.First of all,it analyzes the threshold transition stage in cultural variety shows.From the overall structure of cultural variety shows,as a product of modern advantages of ritual behavior over daily behavior in building common values,common beliefs and other aspects,to create a ritualized communication field,and to gather the emotional strength of the
