Research On The Traditional Cultural Variety Show From The Perspective Of Cultural Identity

With the continuous development of excellent traditional Chinese culture in recent years,the heat and topic of traditional cultural variety shows are also on the rise.The paper expounds the reasons for the rise of traditional cultural variety show in recent years through the analysis of the case " On the new·Forbidden City",first of all,the society needs to carry forward traditional culture and enhance national cultural confidence,secondly competition and innovation in the TV industry have accelerated the development of traditional cultural programs,finally,the TV industry start to pay attention to the spiritual and cultural needs of young audiences.At the same time,as the study case,this paper makes research value of " On the new·Forbidden City",by exploring the Forbidden City with real scenes and combining cultural creation with variety shows,it has attracted a certain number of audiences,promoted the expression of traditional culture,the audience's recognition of traditional Chinese culture has been enhanced.With the help of abundant traditional cultural elements of Forbidden City,the narrative technique of youth,vivid and interesting camera language and ceremonial sense formed by program flow and guest performance,the excellent traditional Chinese culture will be effectively disseminated and exported through the combination of online and offline platforms and networks by " On the new·Forbidden City",as a result,excellent cultural values have gradually penetrated into the consciousness of audiences and exerted an impact on their identity.Finally,with the help of Douban review text analysis and in-depth interview,the audience's cultural perception of the program is understood from three aspects of traditional cultural cognition,traditional cultural emotion and attitude,and traditional cultural identity behavior.It is can be found that the program has a certain effect on the dissemination of Chinese traditional culture,to a certain extent,the program is recognized by audiences by the innovative forms of cultural creation and variety show and on-site exploration of the Forbidden City,the traditional cultural value and significance contained in the program can also produce emotional resonance with the audience and gain more recognition.It can be found that criticism was raised about the program by a few of the audience through Douban text analysis of comments and in-depth interview,the commercial entertainment of the program cover up the knowledge and cultural value transmission of the program,it shows that there are still shortcomings in promoting the identity of Chinese traditional culture.What is more,on the basis of audience feedback and needs,this study puts forward some suggestions for the improvement and development of traditional cultural variety shows in the future from four aspects,including program communication,program cultural expression,content production and in-depth development of cultural and creative products.Taking " On the new·Forbidden City" as the research representative,the paper hopes to provide some reference for the expression of traditional culture for future TV cultural programs.
