With the change of times and the progress of technology,the Internet has realized the update of multiple versions driven by diversified demands,and gradually become an indispensable part of people's life and work.The update of the Internet brings unprecedented pressure to the traditional TV media.No matter it is channels,interactivity,selectivity,experience and other aspects,it is unprecedented for the audience,which is easily transferred by other new media.Therefore,based on such a market environment,traditional provincial TV stations should recognize the urgency of the situation in a timely manner,constantly adjust themselves,demand for their own development strategy,otherwise the consequences are unimaginable.This paper focuses on the analysis and discussion of the proposition of provincial capital television stations in the new media situation.Under such circumstances,it is urgent for provincial TV stations to study their own development strategies.This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought by new media to provincial TV stations,and then provides targeted countermeasures and Suggestions for their long-term development.In this paper,the new media environment and provincial TV stations are well combined,which is not only operable in practice,but also a good supplement and enrichment for the development strategy of provincial TV stations in theory.Therefore,it is of certain significance to study the development strategy of J provincial TV station under the new media environment,both at the theoretical level and at the practical level.Research idea of this article as a "throw-research problem-problem solving",provincial capital city television station with J as the research object,using PEST and SWOT analysis system development under the background of the new media J province provincial capital city television station facing the situation,on this basis to provide strategies for the development of J capital city television station.Mainly from grasp the political direction and the news public opinion vein.Strengthen the construction of talent team,constantly optimize the organizational structure.Make use of various resources,actively expand the market and enhance brand awareness.Through the implementation of the above development strategy,it is hoped to provide theoretical guidance for the development of provincial capital TV station of J,so as to remain invincible in the future market competition.
