The Observation And Thought On The Phenomenon Of Television Program Format Introduction In Provincial Satellite TV Station

In the present market of international TV,the competition of TV program,to some extent,is that of program format.The research and sales of which have become the important part of glabal TV industry.As the exchange of the television program format has become quite hot globally, it has drawn the attention of domestic provincial satellite TV stations. To introduce overseas television program format has become a special competition means in the fight of provincial satellites TV ratings.This process roughly consists of borrowing,imitation,introduction and cooperation.To see all domestic provincial satellites TV,we can find that introduced programs have become the major roles in the prime time,while that with high ratings are different from the formats of overseas TV program, We can say that the introduction of foreign television program formats has become a new normal in domestic TV industry. Undoubtedly, this introduction has brought hope and vitality to backward provincial TV station, whereas the problem and challenge behind are self-evident.This thesis is themed on the phenomenon that provincial satellite TV stations have introduced overseas TV program pattern on large scale. This thesis mainly observes and ponders over the hot phenomenon in domestic TV and broadcasting area,analyzes the status of the introduction and the questions rising behind the phenomenon.First, the definition and clarification on the concept and competitive edge of TV program pattern as well as the current situation of development in foreign countries.Secondly, the analysis on the specific circumstance of the introduction between2010-2014 in terms of quantity, many body and source.Thirdly, the analysis on the issues rising behind the introduction, including the excessive emphasis on introduction, homogenization,and the risks on introduction.Fouthly, on the basis of the above analysis, the thesis offers countermeasure and suggestions on the emerging issues of the introduction with the combination of thereality and long-term plan of provincial TV station operation.
