At present,with the rapid development of mobile Internet,the new media dominated by the Internet has risen strongly,and the habits of traditional media audiences to obtain information have changed.The vigorous development of emerging media dilutes the market share of the traditional radio and television industry,leading to urban radio and television stations development faces various pressures.In addition,for a long time,central level and provincial level radio & television stations have taken advantage of resources,and are in a strong position in the viewing market.Urban radio & television stations also have many shortcomings in terms of funds,coverage,technology and talents,and they face huge market competition stress,and they are subject to certain challenges in the survival situation,and they need to seek transformation and development urgently.To this end,how can urban radio & television stations accelerate the transformation of media convergence,enhance the level of allmedia business,and explore media process reengineering,which has become the focus of the industry.The purpose of this study is that exploring convergence and transformation path of urban radio & television and putting forward some constructive suggestions about them.This study takes urban radio & television stations as the research object,and clarifies the current status of urban radio & television stations,then combines the new trends of mobile Internet and all-media development in recent years and the media system reform policy.This study adopts the methods of documentation research,field survey and case analysis.At the same time,this study takes the deep convergence strategy practice of Chengdu Radio & Television Station as a case study to provide reference direction for the development of other urban radio & television stations.
