With the advent of the all-media era,the needs of the audience have changed dramatically.Every recipient of information has a higher and different demand.All these have accelerated the development of new media.With the vigorous development of new media,the impact on traditional media agency is undoubtedly enormous.In recent years,more young audiences are willing to choose new media such as Internet,which compresses the survival and development space of the television industry,and accelerates the competition in the television industry.The development of provincial TV stations is facing unprecedented impact,especially the reduction of TV advertising revenue makes the operation and development of TV stations more difficult.At present,the provincial TV stations are facing a serious polarization situation,and the only TV advertising revenue is rapidly approaching the head TV station.This paper chooses the metropolitan channel of H province TV station as the research object,analyzes the operation and development of the metropolitan channel of H province TV station in recent years,and sums up the problems existing in its operation and development: the comprehensive ranking of satellite TV has been hovering for many years after 15 provincial-level satellite TV stations nationwide,and its once powerful ground comprehensive channel "metropolitan channel" "In recent years,the annual revenue from more than five billion cliff-breaking down to less than 300 million,the whole advertising revenue can not catch up with the needs of career development,the lack of attractive flow of leading programs,comprehensive evaluation of the overall development and the head of the provincial TV station there is a comprehensive gap between.On the basis of theoretical research,this paper introduces the theory of enterprise strategic development,analyzes the external and internal environment of the city channel of H province TV station effectively by using PEST and SWOT analysis methods,and summarizes the development advantages,challenges and opportunities of the city channel of H province TV station.In this way,on the one hand,it can provide a basis for the reform and development of metropolitan channels of H provincial TV stations,and can also provide development suggestions for other relevant provincial comprehensive ground channels.
