At present,there are more than 10 professional television channels for agriculture in China,which is the core character of popularizing agricultural knowledge and disseminating agricultural information.Although China has a large agricultural population,its purchasing power is relatively weak compared to the urban population,which in turn leads to congenitally deficient rural TV channels.In TV stations,agricultural television channels are not large advertising revenue collectors.It is not easy to guarantee a slight excess in normal operation.In addition,with the rapid development of communications technology,emerging media based on the Internet platform has emerged,and it has severely captured the market share of traditional media represented by television stations.Rural television channels are not immune to membership in traditional media,and are therefore weak.With the superposition of dual factors,the income has dropped dramatically,the skilled workers has been left,and the impact has been weaken.The agricultural television channel has been pushed to the edge of survival.How can we get out of this dilemma?To highlight its own characteristics,achieve differentiated competition,and win the due market position have become the proposition of the majority of media professionals.The author believes that the use of program copyright by television stations is a way out of the predicament.In order to achieve this goal,an information management system is needed to clarify the copyright status of the program.At present,China has no such mature system.Hubei Radio and Television Station,confronted with its own situation,undertook the author's auspices,after in-depth research and development of a set of copyright information management system.First of all,it expounds the copyright management status of the Longshang TV channel of Hubei radio and television stations.The lack of copyright awareness of employees,the copyright management department restricts the purchase of movies and television dramas and lacks information technology,and copyright disputes often appear,are which the three weak aspects of channel copyright management.insufficient.Secondly,it explains the structure and function of the information management system for making a right,clearly clarifies the guiding ideology,data structure and process arrangement from the structure;in terms of system functions,it should provide detailed description of information description,contract management,audit management and statistical analysis ability.Finally,the staged achievements of the system after its use were shown,including the registration of copyright information in the columns,the use of copyright,and the re-excavation of copyright information big data.The system is the nation's first broadcast television media system.The results show that its function is comprehensive and powerful.Significant results have been achieved in the collection,recording,classification,review and application of copyright information.It creates tens of millions of copyright revenues for Hubei radio and television every year.At the same time,it will optimize the outsourcing of copyright materials,reduce the risk of copyright infringement,maximize the benefits of Hubei channel's copyright,and provide reference for similar domestic media to solve similar problems.
