In today's society,all fields of human beings are moving towards intelligentize and informatization,and industrial production is without exception.Production line is an important role in industrial production,the realization of intelligent monitoring and management of production line has a certain role in promoting the development of industrial field moving towards informatization.As a hot topic in today's society,the Internet of Things has been applied in many industries.Applying the Internet of Things technology to production line monitoring will greatly improve the management level and the real-time control capability of the workers,save raw materials,and improve the production efficiency of the production line.Based on this,this paper develops a real-time monitoring system for industrial production line based on Internet of Things technology for data acquisition and real-time monitoring.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.In order to achieve the collection of various types of data on the production line,multiple acquisition terminals were designed.CC2530 chip is selected as the control core,combined with modern sensor technology,through the external connection of different types of sensors,the real-time collection of environmental information and product processing information on the production line is achieved.2.Use ZigBee and Wi-Fi technology to build a wireless communication network.The software design of each type of ZigBee node is based on the Z.Stack protocol stack.The collecting terminal sends the collected data information to the gateway through the ZigBee network,the gateway establishes a Wi-Fi network by the serial server,and wirelessly transmits the received data to the remote monitoring center platform through the Wi-Fi network,thereby realizing wireless transmission of the field data..3.Developed a monitoring center platform,The monitoring center platform software uses C# language to write programs,combined with SQL database,with real-time data display,threshold alarm settings,data storage and query functions.Through the software,you can understand the operation status of the production line in real time,discover and deal with problems in time,and meet the requirements of the entire system for data processing,analysis,display and storage.At the end of this paper,the accuracy of the data collected by the system hardware,the communication efficiency of the wireless transmission network,and the functions of each part of the monitoring center platform software are tested and analyzed,the results show that the various parts of the system can cooperate with each other,the overall operating condition is stable,and the design requirements are met.The remote real-time monitoring of the production process and production environment of the production line can be realized,which has certain reference application value.
