With the progress of society,the development of science,and the continuous renewal of technology,our country's traditional agriculture and forestry has developed towards modernization,automation,and intelligence.The traditional forestry monitoring system is limited to the monitoring of forest growth environmental parameters,and can not make a very good prediction of the natural disasters and human damage suffered by forest trees.This paper combines the Internet of Things and the forestry monitoring system to discuss the implementation of a new type of forestry monitoring system.The main research work includes the following aspects:1)An implementation scheme of a new type of forestry garden monitoring system based on the Internet of Things is proposed.A hardware monitoring platform for three-dimensional monitoring of trees in a forest garden is established.The sensory environment parameters and different growth status data collection functions of the forest tree are achieved through sensors.2)An algorithm and method for tilt angle difference applicable to any angle change are demonstrated.Based on the traditional monitoring system,the tilt angle is added.Through the magnitude of the gravity acceleration component collected by the triaxial acceleration sensor,the change of the tree's inclination angle is deduced.This paper tests the data under different conditions,according to the different angles between the forest and the ground,combing out the corresponding logical relationships between the five natural growth states and human damage conditions of the forest.According to the length of time of the change in the inclination angle of the trees,the different conditions of forest growth and damage were judged.Tests and analysis of different state data have proven the reliability of the algorithm.3)Based on Zigbee wireless communication,a wireless network transmission and reception system with a topology structure has been established,and a central server and a gateway have been developed to implement wireless return,storage,and remote login access of data.The development of the computer client and main control interface is achieved through software programming.After the user passes the verification of the account number and password,the user logs in to the main interface and queries the corresponding data information according to the network address of each sensor.Traditional monitoring systems have many problems such as cumbersome cabling,high equipment change costs,high equipment maintenance costs,large labor costs,etc.UAVs are also used to monitor forest nurseries.However,at present domestic low-flying drones are limited.The new monitoring system based on the Internet of Things proposed in this paper can not only solve many of the above problems well,but also can make a very good prejudgment on the growth status of trees and the natural disasters and human damage suffered,so as to timely remind the management of the forest managers to restore unnecessary losses.Through system testing and various data analysis,the accuracy,practicality,and research value of the proposed scheme are proved.
