In recent years,the production safety situation of our country is generally stable,but the amount of all kinds of accidents is large,major accidents happen occasionally.As Procduction safety issues affects the development of the economy of our country,so it has always been emphasized.At present,many SCADA systems have been put into use and has played a pivotal role,but most of them relatively less flexibility and less integrated use of technology.So it cant't meet the demand of sustainable,efficient and real-time of the production safety.As the focus of the reform tide,the Internet of things which has the characteristic of generating information articles with full awareness information ? reliable and intelligent data processing brings new opportunity for safety production monitoring technology.According to the actual situation of production safety monitoring,this thesis combined real-time monitoring with safety production information management,design a set of new production safety management based on the technology of Internet.This thesis refers to the Internet of things technology framework and technical characteristics,Adopted with FRID(Radio Frequency Identificaiton,ZigBee technology as the core strategy on the design of the on-site system to achieve the function of real-time detection and collection of access control and management and environmental information.What's more,system add video data acquisition equipment to gathering information and send them to data center.On the design of the site level of safe production management platform,this thesis adopt a architecture combined B/S structure with C/S structure,just Web application framework based on Spring MVC design pattern,MyBatis and Free Marker.It is function is to communicate with the the site-level control system,get scene real-time data and implement service function of the safety production management,risk management,the safe warning based on the requirement of group company safety production management.Through the test of the system,video data show stable,sensor data error within the prescribed scope.A Web application framework based on Spring MVC and MyBatis to o design and implement the production safety management platform in the factory,can effectively solve the problem of the poor performance of the system,low utilization rate of the code and high complexity.Test results show that the overall performance of system is good,stable and reliable running,.It can get real-time acquisition environment date within a reasonable range of error and finish the work such as early warning data processing safety,meet the design requirements.
