With the development of economy, there is a fierce competition in the field of logistics commodities market. On one hand, the customer need the status information of the goods in the distribution process; on the other hand, related logistics companies also need to state of the goods in the distribution process for efficient real-time monitoring. But in the transport field, the application of the things of internet mostly used in vehicles, containers and so on, however, to achieve overall positioning tracking and management, there is no monitoring to every piece of goods, so it is easy to lead an error distribution or lost. Also, mostly existing logistics tracking solution can only be achieved in tracking the state of goods in transport in some fixed place, by only when the goods through one fixed location been scanned and recorded, that real-time status of goods in transport can’t be grasp. So it is necessary to find a real-time monitoring technology in logistics.This paper is mainly focus on design of middle layer of the Web server and the application layer in the development in the way of logistics real-time monitoring system. The middle layer adapted RESTful Web Services package style used complex event processing method, the advan- tage of this method is it simple and easy to develop, high system scalability; The upper application system based on ASP.NET platform, mainly adopted B / S / S multi-layer structure, refined the traditional B/S structure by deviding the server into two part, application server and database server, it can reduce the pressure of the server effectively. Web layer adopted Java Script / j Query / ajax tech- nology and MVC design pattern to the design of user interface and the control of pages conversion, so it improved user experience and for the application server tier server and database server, effectively reducing the pressure on the server. Web layer using Java Script / j Query / ajax technology, using MVC design pattern, user interface design, and view pages conversion control, improve the user experience, the decoupled the system functions; used Json technology called intermediate layer, simplified data access and improved the efficiency of data transmission; the access to data layer is mainly by the use of ADO.NET technology, that have the advantage of maintainability, programmability. Display on map by recalling Google Mays API, by using this technology it can reducing development costs effectively.The subject based on logistics and distribution processes in real business needs and developed a distribution system covered the whole life cycle of the way real-time monitoring, innovation point is that it breaking the traditional point to point supervision method only for the integrity of objects in logistics achieved refinement single piece of cargo to the logistics and distribution of real-time monitoring in the whole process. Thus it greatly improved the capability of the real-time monitoring logistics links, vehicle scheduling and security.
