With the proposal of the German industry "4.0" and the development of the industrial Internet,the demand for digitization,informatization and intelligence in industrial automation workshops has also become increasingly prominent.The emergence of new generation computer information technologies such as the Internet of Things,cloud computing and big data has also Promote the development of industrial workshops further towards the direction of smart factories.Industrial field data monitoring also presents a trend of intelligent,informational,and visual development,gradually changing from on-site monitoring to remote monitoring,from wired communication to wireless communication,and from C/S architecture to B/S architecture.It also puts forward higher requirements on the system timeliness,stability,cross-platform and other levels.Under this background,based on the Internet of Things communication technology and cloud computing platform,this paper designs a set of remote data monitoring system for remote data monitoring in the workshop of robot intelligent polishing production line.This article first analyzes the needs of the remote data monitoring system of the intelligent polishing production line and combines the existing Internet of Things communication technology to design the basic structure of the remote data monitoring system.The system consists of a remote monitoring gateway and a Web cloud server.The remote monitoring gateway uses the Ras Pi hardware development platform and is equipped with a 4G network communication module to support most production workshops covered by WIFI or 4G signals.The gateway is equipped with a Linux operating system,and has developed main program modules such as data collection,protocol conversion,and data push based on the MQTT protocol and Modbus protocol.The Web server software adopts the B/S design mode,and is developed based on the Springboot and Vue.js framework to separate the front end and the back end.The Web server mainly implements functions such as data reception processing,data persistence,data visualization,login authority control,information management,and user authority management.In addition,this article selects My SQL database and Influx DB time series database as the servers data storage center,in which My SQL database is used to store user information,device information and customer information of Web system,while Influx DB time series database is used to store the received industry Production Data.The remote monitoring gateway and Web cloud server software work together to achieve the purpose of remote data monitoring of the intelligent polishing production line.Based on the actual production needs of the intelligent polishing production line and the characteristics of the existing computer information technology,this paper designs a remote data monitoring system for the intelligent polishing production line,and performs unit testing and system joint debugging test on the system.The test results verify that the system meets the basic functional requirements of this article and meets the design goals of this article.
