Elevator is an indispensable means of transportation in people's daily life.With more and more high-rise buildings,the number of elevators is also increasing,China has become the world's largest elevator production and consumption market.Under this background,the fault alarm,fault diagnosis and maintenance of the elevator already have become difficult problems.In view of this situation,This paper designs a real-time monitoring system for elevator remote status based on non-intervening method to meet the unattended demand for a large number of elevators.There are a lot of researches on the control of elevator controller at home and abroad.These studies focus on the acquisition of the operation state of the elevator and the design of the data transmission network,which are not comprehensive enough and lack of practical application experience.Because the elevator is closely related to the life safety of the passengers,any third party monitoring which needs to be involved in the original elevator system has some security risks.So based on the comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign research on elevator monitoring,this paper proposes a system based on non-intrusive method which uses wireless network and image processing method to complete the remote real-time monitoring elevator task.The system uses the characteristics of embedded system and wireless sensor network to complete the monitoring task,saving a lot of manpower and material management costs.In addition,the system collects a lot of elevator data during the monitoring process,which provides the data base for the fault analysis and early warning.
