| The Internet of Things based on ZigBee technology has been successfully applied to a large number of oil fields construction of PetroChina,resolved the reality that production data collection,transmission and application process real-time data acquisition and poor accuracy collection, thereby promoting the development of the whole oil industry informatization construction.In the internet of things for the production of oil and gas, the data’s confidentiality, safety is critical. The data involved in the system are the monitoring production data of each oil and gas field, and these data is the important secret information of PetroChina, relating to the national strategic oil and economic lifeline.ZigBee network terminals for data monitoring and collection instruments generally used battery-powered,thus limited energy.And these devices are open, with mobility, therefore more susceptible to this type of network attacks from intruders, the data in the collecting field is likely to be illegally intercepted or changed during transmission, thus ensuring the data in ZigBee network a safe and efficient transport is necessary.In this paper, we had a long tracking research on the oil and gas fields that have been applied of the ZigBee technology, and researched of the key technologies of the ZigBee security communication system in the internet of things for the production of oil and gas.In the theoretical aspects, mainly in-depth analysis on the layered structure of ZigBee protocol stack and the security issues of each layer of it, and for the existing solutions to these problems are discussed and compared,for the project implementation provides a theoretical reference. In engineering applications, according to our research data on oil field communication mode, process of data communication and ZigBee protocol transmission requirements, we summarized all, for the practical application of security risks exist oilfield ZigBee networks that we also summarized,and analyzed the possible reasons.Face the key technologies of the ZigBee security communication system in the internet of things for the production of oil and gas,in this paper we analyzed and compared to select a encryption algorithm that more suitable for oilfield’s ZigBee network,through experiments from energy efficiency and safety aspects of the three encryption algorithms comply with the requirements of ZigBee transmission; and for network deploying by the ZigBee instrumentation as sensor nodes in the oilfields, the particularity of the nodes location information,we designed a key pre-distribution scheme that suitable for oil fields to achieve ZigBee technology more safer and more efficient transmission in oilfields.Research programs for the effective implementation of the internet of things for the production of oil and gas security communication system based on ZigBee provided technical assurance. |
