With the continuous innovation and upgrading of the banking industry,many banks have gradually transformed into commercial banks and began to expand commercial business in other fields.At the same time,more and more foreign banks extend their business to China,which makes the competition between domestic banks more and more fierce in business and resources.Domestic banks begin to attach importance to management benefits rather than operational benefits.Performance management arises from this.With the development of technology,performance management system has become an information management system instead of manual record of employee performance.In this paper,in view of the current situation of the bank in performance management,this paper analyzes the business needs,and analyzes and explains the possible problems and related basic concepts in the process of demand analysis.In this paper,the main business process of the performance management system is introduced in detail,the rules for performance evaluation are explained,and some suggestions on how to optimize the decision through performance data are also put forward.Secondly,the basic modules of the performance management system are introduced,such as staff basic information management and assessment index setting.These contents respectively demonstrate the operability and flexibility of the system,which can meet the requirements of banks for performance management system.
