First,the domestic and foreign development status of the performance appraisal management of commercial banks is analyzed and studied.Based on the informatization construction of bank has based,to commercial bank performance appraisal management business needs as the starting point,the theory,techniques and tools of software engineering,the overall goal of the system,functions,business processes,data flow,system and non functional requirement of detailed analysis and design.By using KPI technology,the business process and functional requirements of employee performance appraisal management are analyzed deeply,and the main function modules of the system are designed.Using J2EE architecture,Java technology development technology and Server SQL 2005 database,the system is realized.The functions of the system include:personal management function,performance management function,performance report function and system management function.Among them,the personal management module is the management operation of the personal performance management of commercial banks,is mainly responsible for the management of personal information management of bank employees,performance information management more focused on employees,including daily performance reporting,punch,information inquiry,personal information management and four sub functions;performance management function module is to control the process of performance management,employee performance information and more complicated,according to the conditions on the performance of the finishing performance appraisal scoring according to the performance appraisal standards,and ultimately determine the amount of reward,to include performance statistics,performance evaluation criteria,performance appraisal scoring and incentive management of four sub functions;performance management module is the management report the report on employee performance of commercial bank employee performance appraisal management system,this module According to the query conditions can be generated in accordance with the requirements of the various statements,including report template management,statistical report production,graphics analysis,print management four sub functions;system management module mainly includes employee account management,role management,rights allocation,system log four sub modules.This system is an IT support system for the performance appraisal and business management of the bank management.System by of mainframe business system back pass the report data of collection,separation,statistics,classification,the formation of staff assessment reports and graphical analysis of data,to establish the evaluation index system,real-time terminal through the network query evaluation information,to the bank established a scientific cost accounting system to provide reference to bank management and staff.The system has been tested in commercial banks,and has achieved good application feedback.
