In order to meet the tendency of the international banking developing, China’s commercial banks put more emphasis on strategic management, and higher requirement on performance appraisal. The scientific performance appraisal system is the important symbol of modern commercial bank scientific management. It is an effective management in implementing banking strategies, maximizing the value of banks, and it is an essential requirement in transforming the management mechanism of state—owned commercial banks, reforming the management system. Therefore, to establish a complete set of performance appraisal system is practical significant for China’s commercial banks. It can enhance the core competitiveness of. China’s commercial banks.Along with the extent of the opening Chinese Financial System after China joined WTO, the competition of the banks in China has come to be more and more fierce. The performance evaluating is the foundation of staying competitive and keeping the innovating ability in the fledging financial environment. It is also very valuable for commercial banks to improve Employees’working activity and efficiency, mend the management and profiting ability and keep Financial Risk away from the normal management.This thesis bases on Bank Individual Employee Performance Evaluating System specialized for one of the big four nation controlling banks. The thesis firstly describes the background of the project、related techniques and contents of the research. Then,the feasibility analysis and the system objects are introduced. After the system architecture and siginicance introduction, the thesis explains the performance realation and the statistical way of the performance realations. At last, the thesis researches the performance index, performance scheme and the demo the system.This system can basically meet the needs of the commercial bank in performing bonus appraisal work, providing a set of scientific, efficient implementation scheme. The bank can easily achieve the appraisal process automation and optimization with the system. It becomes much easier to manage the whole appraisal process. The system can great improve the work efficiency and management level of the bank, and then promote the core competitive power of bank.
