With the development of information technology,many enterprises and institutions began to promote information technology,in order to enhance efficiency and reduce management costs.China's banks at the grass-roots network is widely distributed,the number of practitioners to achieve full coverage of the performance assessment management,the process is complex,heavy workload,high degree of difficulty,the current performance of the bank assessment process is difficult to standardize the lack of timely monitoring,resulting in actual supervision Inefficient,little effect.Faced with this situation,the construction of an appropriate information system to assess the performance of staff and management is imperative.In this paper,the actual needs of a bank in the domestic network performance management as a project background,according to the traditional bank grassroots network performance management problems,combined with software engineering related technology,the design of the grassroots level network performance assessment and management system.Based on the research on the existing bank performance management assessment methods,this paper combines the relevant theoretical knowledge and the relevant indexes and methods of performance evaluation,and adopts modular design to study and realize the research and implementation of the bank's performance evaluation and management.A set of banks at the grassroots level performance assessment and management system.The system is based on B / S architecture,MVC design mode,front-end design using C # development language,based on Visual Studio platform,the background database using SQL Server 2008 database system,through the ASP.NET mature technology,to meet the corresponding needs and functional performance Assessment management system to achieve real-time,secure data access and data exchange,to ensure ease of operation and maintainability.The system adopts object-oriented technology and modular programming,mainly from five modules,namely,system management module,employee management module,performance management module,performance appraisal module,complaint management module.The main business logic of each module has realized the main business logic of employee personal information management,staff attendance management,staff performance management,performance account management,assessment index management,performance data management,calculation performance,examination report management and complaint management.The system administrator can manage the system data through the background entrance,the staff can use the system to modify the information,personal check-in,performance inquiries,complaints,department heads,personnel executives and other senior leaders can use the system staff attendance,performance evaluation,performance data Management,performance inquiries,generate reports,complaints processing.In the process of system testing and commissioning,the functional integrity,performance superiority and safety of the system are well verified.First,the function of the system is designed according to the specific requirements of the user.The business process of the bank analyzes the specific business characteristics,and the functional modules are able to complete the business logic required in the requirements.Secondly,in terms of performance,according to the performance requirements in the requirements of optimization,the system response speed faster,can carry the maximum amount of concurrent to meet the actual application needs,with maintainability,scalability.In addition,in terms of security,the use of login password is not visible technology to ensure user authentication and security.Finally,the system interface design is clear and friendly,simple style,full-featured,operable,user experience is good.The research of this paper has practical application significance,and provides guidance for the information construction of bank management.First,to a large extent to solve the existing performance assessment management difficulties,improve the level of bank management and management efficiency;second through the refinement of the assessment and management,improve staff efficiency,thereby enhancing the bank efficiency;the final system for employees and leaders Open and transparent,is conducive to fair and impartial management of banks to improve the enthusiasm of staff work.In this paper,the system design and implementation of the system at the same time,but also on the system to explore the existing problems,the future work from the following two aspects of the system to improve and improve:(1)System interface is too simple,beautiful degree to be improved,increase more friendly interface;(2)Improve the database interface call to the system,clear the system database access permissions to ensure data security.
