At present, many home bank still using artificial statistics mode of operation in the performance appraisal management of employees. The underlying reason is that the different standards of performance appraisal, with institutional deficiencies and target system are not science. It needs improve not only performance standards but also the information management compared with foreign banks. In order to adapt to the development of international banking, it has a realistic significance to establish a scientific and effective performance management system to promote the core competitiveness of Banks.In this paper, the author combined the financial and non-financial indicators to design a performance appraisal management system that meet the Shanghai pudong development bank branch of gongyi, villages and towns characteristics and needs of the business.The current bank performance appraisal has some problems. In order to solve it, I through the actual conditions that choose the subject the bank performance management system design as a member in Shanghai Pu-Dong Development Bank. It could meet themselves characteristics and business requirements in Shanghai Pu-Dong Development Gong-Yi Branch.This paper first introduces the development status of domestic and foreign performance management system, performance management theory and technical support. Then, from the perspective of the demand analysis and case analysis, elaborated the system login setting, staff basic information management, role management, manual ETL generated as well as performance management module, and design the backend database. Finally, system combines data extraction tool SSIS, browsing based on B/S system structure mode, through the presentation layer, function layer and data layer three layer architecture, it realization of each module of the system operation.The system basically meets the demand of this bank in performance appraisal. It reflects the usefulness, operation and feasibility and other advantages, realize the fine and automation of performance appraisal. It can greatly improve the staffs efficiency and positivistic, thus reliance the bank’s core marketing strategy competitiveness.
