With the introduction of German Industry 4.0 and the development plan of China's industry 2025,it is a general trend to replace people with robots,and the production model must be transformed into intelligent automation.There are more and more automation equipments in production to replace human labor.The automatic programming system studied in this paper is one of the automation equipments.Programming is to download the code file to the programmable chip.The general software production and programming work is generally manual work,the operator connects the power interface and the programmer interface,operates the computer,and the board program the software one by one.This type of operation mainly includes: many operators,simple and repeated movements,boring,human hands touching the circuit board are prone to static electricity programming electronic components,software security risk,low programming efficiency,low quality.In order to solve the shortcomings of the above manual programming,the fully automatic programming system studied in this paper uses a 4-axis horizontal robot instead of manual grabbing of the motherboard and labeling,and uses the PC-based computer program on the Windows platform to detect the motherboard and trigger the programming software to program it.Transform the existing manual programming mode into a fully automated programming mode.This article will elaborate on the following points:First,summarize the current status of the programming system,analyze the requirements,and give the overall plan of the design;Second,the mechanical design of the system is described in detail,and the components of the mechanical structure such as the robot and the programming frame are listed,and how the various parts work together is explained;Third,the hardware design of the system is described in detail,including the design of the IO unit,the programmer connection and the programmer shelf circuit design;Fourthly,the software design of the system is described in detail,including the development environment,the upper computer program and the IO unit program,which solves the key problems of the execution scheduling and user experience optimization of the upper computer for each programmer.Finally,give statistics on the actual operating conditions.The automatic programming system has been put into operation for more than a year,the number of full-time programming personnel is greatly reduced,and the programming efficiency is greatly improved.According to the statistics of the workshop,the production efficiency is increased by more than 300%,the operating cost is reduced by more than 50%,the product development cycle is shortened by more than 20%,and the product defect rate is reduced by more than 20%.The application of this system has further promoted other aspects of production,such as production testing,to move closer to automation.
