Research On Optimized Plan Of WHTV Program Production Process

With the influence of new media technologies,the traditional TV operation modes no longer adapts to the development of the times.Optimized programming methods will become a new competitive means in the TV industry.There are many problems in domestic TV program production,such as disordered process management and low utilization of resources.Therefore,many TV stations and program production companies begin to research efficient management methods of TV program production,and further optimize the existing TV program production process.This thesis takes WHTV as the research object.It first introduces the current situation of the program production process of WHTV station,and then analyzes the reasons for those problems.Different from the general enterprises,the production processes optimization and reconstruction of the WHTV programs are extraordinarily complicated.In this thesis,industrial engineering method is incorporated in the process of TV program production and traditional ERP model is introduced.Based on real cases of WHTV station program production,ERP model is designed adaptively and evolutionarily to streamline the process of program production.The typical problems existing in the WHTV program production processes,such as personnel allocating,mission planning,and film storing,are solved with the method of operations analysis.The optimization scheme which is in line with the characteristics of the program production process of WHTV station is constructed.In order to save time for the process and reduce the cost,the problems of personnel distribution,task planning and piece storage that may exist in the operation of WHTV station are reasonably analyzed and calculated by the analytical method of operational research planning,and the program production is further optimized and analyzed by the critical path method.Through the results of the questionnaires,it can conclude that the integration of industrial engineering methods and ERP models have a strong applicability in the process management of TV program production.It is conducive to the optimal management of program production processes and the reasonable allocation of equipment,human resources,and program resources.Moreover,it also can greatly improve the quality of content,reduce the cost,and raise yields.Furthermore,it can enrich the practical application scope of industrial engineering methods,ERP models and critical path method.
