The Research On Production Of The Original Reality Show Grade One

Reality TV has developed into the blowout stage since 2012.There are few original boutique reality TV and most of them are introduced from foreign countries.The problems such as rough making,lack of innovation and homogenization have become increasingly prominent.Hunan Satellite TV producted The Grade One in 2014 and 2015 focusing on elementary education and art school education.In order to make Reality TV develop more healthily,the study aims to analyze the production experience of The Grade One through three different aspects:positioning,production process and production mechanism.An accurate position of program is the premise of making good production.The program audience contained both the channel's own audience and the multiple potential audience;the program content not only fitted with the audience's psychological needs but also emphasized the guiding role of value orientation;the program form mixed documentary and situational experience.In the pre-planning stage,the characters of program were chosen from school,television station and public simultaneously,the content of program covered both campus and society,the rules of program firstly took screening system.In the mid-term shooting stage,the team prepared three different task in the same time and payed much attention to the detail of shooting;In the post-production stage,the team customized the software system according to the program requirements,made the program more storytelling and emotional.The program producer of The Grade One also use the platform collaboration mechanism,production team management mechanism and production program review mechanism.In addition,there' re three problems in The Grade One,the content is lack of a third perspective,much controversial and not interactive enough.To improve the production of The Grade One,producer should add a role of educational expert,balance the audience rating and social value,strengthen the interactive quality of the program.
