In recent years, with the rapid development of industrial automation, more and more widely applied in the field of industrial robots, the traditional manual operation is no longer adapt to the development of the modern enterprise, as a result of the industrial robot control system dynamic response is fast, high location precision, overload capacity is strong,therefore very suitable for mechanical parts production and processing production line automation reconstruction.In this paper, based on some air conditioning compressor enterprise automation transformation of pump body production line as the theme, application of industrial robot instead of workers in different types of air conditioner compressor parts in automated production, relying on the pump body processing production line reconstruction project as the main body, composed of development into the final finish the whole production line in the whole factory automation reconstruction. This article mainly aims at the company assembly plant L2 series pump body assembly line transformation, using industrial robot for reconstruction of this production line.First pump body processing production line automation renovation plan, combined with the status of the pump body before the production line, the transformation plan is to make assembly machine next to add industrial robots instead of operator handling, handling object TiGong parts for pump.Next to the existing industrial robot mechanical claw type and application field, on the basis of analysis, according to actual needs, design the special-purpose machinery claw for industrial robot. In view of the mechanical paw technical requirements of practical application,using systematics comprehensive analysis method analyzes the influence element of mechanical claw performance to determine the optimal design scheme. On the basis of the scheme, using modular design method according to the function of different mechanical claw broken up into several units, and through the Pro/E software powerful 3 d design, mechanical claw each function unit respectively to three dimensional modeling design. Then each functional unit according to the actual assembly relationship between assembly to get the 3 d model of virtual prototype of mechanical paw, finally, machining by CAD two-dimensional engineering graphics.Again for the robot control system are analyzed in the design, I/O control module design of the robot, based on FANUC Robotics, a simulation software for the design of production line.Finally summarizes the modification of the current production line has been basicallycompleted and after many improvements, the operation of the robot is very stable, beat significantly reduce than they used to be, investment return period is short, so the higher transformation makes the benefit of the production line.
